无核葡萄研究进展

摘 要:

无核葡萄食用方便, 便于深加工, 深受消费者的喜爱, 在鲜食葡萄市场占据着重要位置, 因而无核葡萄研究倍受人们关注。本文结合近几年无核葡萄的研究现状, 分别从无核葡萄的分布、主要无核类别、无核的生理与分子机制以及无核育种等多个方面进行综述, 并对无核葡萄的研究前景进行了展望, 以期为无核葡萄栽培、育种以及分子机制的深入研究提供一定的理论参考。

Research progress of seedless grape

Abstract:

Seedless grape is very popular to consumers and plays major roles in fresh grape market for its convenience to eat and further process, and thus attracting much attention. Based on researches in recent years, the distribution, main seedless classes, physiological, molecular mechanism and breeding of seedless grape are reviewed in this paper. Furthermore, the research prospects of seedless grapes are proposed. All these information provides the theoretical reference of the intensive study of seedless grape cultivation, breeding and molecular mechanism.
